💎Soul Anxiety

Dear Companions 🕸️✨🕸️✨🕸️✨🕸️
On the occasional morning I awake with a suffocating grayness rising. A non-specific anxiety that sits heavily in my chest
and sometimes permeates my being. Very different symptom than a maniacal darting mind, yet one I know is seeking the same response.
Breathing deeply. Becoming the Field in and as Love, with infinite tenderness, awareness and fearless attention. Saying,
“Welcome! I see you. Come on in and rest now. There’s room for you too. Thank you. We’re doing this together.” Honoring the
precious grayness as it is dissolves into the ocean of Oneness that I AM. Leaving no separation. Only warmth, light and
love … always Love ✨💛☀️ separation.
Then just a couple of days ago, rather weirdly, I was prompted to click on the bookmark for a substack,
“The Abbey of MisRule” that I hadn’t visited much less
thought about for many years. And there it was, posted that very day, a new blog titled
“Going Under, Coming Up” which included this little gem💎

Apprehension? anxiety? a vague sense of impending doom? Of annihilation of the little self? Is this also showing up as a step,
a gift, a challenge in this adventure? It seems so to me. What is your experience?

💎Wild Minds

Dear Companions 🕸️✨🕸️✨🕸️✨🕸️
For a while now I’ve been noticing a strange paradox unfolding within the stillness. While dropping with ease into vast boundaryless shimmering,
with eyes open gazing into the near distance. Feeling the fullness of the embrace, the infinite loving warmth, tenderness, and safety of
the Field 🕸️✨🕸️✨🕸️ sinking into a visceral experience of LiquidLoveLight. I am at the very same time noticing my mind darting around from one
crazy thing to the next. Like a maniac. At a frenetic pace. At least ten times the speed of a hummingbird in a field of delectable flowers!
Searching for something to worry about or to be fearful about. It could almost be amusing If it weren’t so demanding of my attention, my love,
and conscious expansion to notice, welcome and embrace every darting spasm. Allowing each to be seen - acknowledged, thanked, and blessed - as
it dissolves into the ocean of love that I AM. Then on Sunday I saw this gem💎

These beautiful words from T.S. Eliot brought me to tears Saturday morning. I read them at the end of Chapter One of “Love Without End: Jesus Speaks”.
What sweeter encouragement do I need? And what a joy to be able to read. To simply sit in stillness, pick up a book, read a few paragraphs, pause,
put down the book, gaze outside, softening into the near distance, allowing, receiving, shimmering. And then pick up the book
again … ad infinitum … for as long as I desire.

Today is a new moment. The beginning of a whole new adventure for me. A new way. Sinking into stillness. Disappearing in the shimmering.
Melting in the infinite ocean of love. Becoming? Who Am I? What AM I? For the first time ever. No assignments. No work. No doing. No obligations.
No commitments. No expectations. No words. (Well, maybe just a few!🤓) Being willing. Available. Allowing. Receiving. Perhaps sharing micro-particles,
grains of sand, tiny gems💎 of my experience? Perhaps not. What is this place? This sensation of heart-mind-body-soul morphing as One? Becoming? What?
Unknowns at every turn. It is sweet AND it sucks. It is orderly AND it is chaotic. Then the burn happened. This morning. The belly-womb surge.
The movement of fiery plasma? Sparks searing to be shared? The creative flame of Living Liquid Love Light? Who knows!?
Which is why I wrote this. For me. For you. For us. A mere punctuation mark. Dust. The ending of one way. The beginning of another. A goodbye.
A hello. A moment. Here. Now. ♾️ Who knows where Love will take us? My heart and soul are loving and blessing you as we walk this world together
- BEing present as compassionate witnesses, loving without conditions, and blessing without exceptions - one quantum moment at a time!
